Online German Course Level B1.2

Course level B1.2 is the second part of intermediate level B1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. It builds directly on B1.1 and deepens and expands language skills to prepare learners for the completion of the entire B1 level. The aim is to achieve an independent use of the language that allows you to communicate more confidently and flexibly in various everyday situations.

After completing the course, you will be able to:

Speak

 

Conduct conversations on personal, social or professional topics (e.g. health, environment, media, CV).

Justify your own opinions, formulate simple arguments, structure conversations.

Dealing with unexpected situations in everyday life (e.g. complaints, advice, exchanging opinions).

 

Listening

 

Understanding information from longer conversations, interviews or radio broadcasts when spoken clearly.

Recognizing the main points of slowly spoken television programmes or presentations.

 

Reading

 

Understanding articles, simple commentaries, guides or official letters.

Recording opinions and attitudes in readable, not too complex texts.

 

Writing

 

Writing structured texts such as opinion pieces, letters to the editor, reports, formal emails.

Use of phrases for structuring (e.g. “first”, ‘furthermore’, “finally”) and argumentation.

Lessons:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 1 Month
  • 20 teaching units per week
