Target group:
People with previous knowledge at A2 level who want to expand their active vocabulary and speak more confidently.
B1 is divided into two course sections: B1.1 (first part) and B1.2 (second part).
B1.1 focuses on laying a solid foundation for independent communication in everyday life and in the world of work.
Information
After completing the course, you will be able to:
Speaking
Speak about everyday topics such as family, work, hobbies, travel, health.
Make short, coherent statements about experiences, dreams and goals.
Give simple arguments and explanations for your own opinions.
Reading
Understanding simple factual texts (e.g. advertisements, emails, brochures).
Gathering key information from short articles or reports.
Writing
Writing simple, coherent texts (e.g. email, report, job application).
Describing experiences, plans or opinions using simple linguistic means.
Listening
Understanding conversations on familiar topics at a slow, clear pace.
Following simple announcements, radio or television programs on familiar topics.
